Job Title: Press Operator

Location: Green Bay, WI

Position Summary:

The role of Press Operator involves the completion of various press equipment assignments in the press production area under the direction of the Press Lead / Supervisor. Operates printing presses and assembly presses to manufacture the variety of component and finished good items with little or no supervision once trained.

Daily Functions:

Follow production schedules.

Work overtime when needed.

Safely Setup press with plates anilox and inks needed for each job.

Ensure all finished product meets all quality requirements set by organization.

Troubleshoot any press/print problems.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language.

Forklift and clamp truck experience preferred.
