This qualified individual will coordinate Caregiver/Client schedules and handle all office responsibilities. The Scheduling Coordinator will assist and support other staff members in order to provide the highest quality service to clients. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must. Candidate needs to enjoy working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment, have high level customer service skills, patience and a never give up attitude. Position Requirements:

Must be able to work between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm Weekdays. Must be able to work occasional on-call as needed.

Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines

Must have strong and effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize quickly in a fast-moving small business

Ability to occasionally manage the office alone for part of day

Ability to communicate personally, effectively and compassionately with a wide range of people

Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to listen effectively

Must present a professional appearance and demeanor

Must have prior experience in Home Care or Medical Office operations

Strong computer skills and experience with HHA xchange, Microsoft Office, especially Word; ability to learn new programs quickly

Qualifications

Previous experience in medical scheduling or within a healthcare environment is preferred.

Familiarity with electronic health record systems highly desirable.

Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and health information management practices is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple schedules effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and staff.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Bilingual candidates are preferred to better serve our diverse patient base
