What You’ll Get To Do:
Reporting to our Customer Support Manager, this is an on-site, full time, exempt position. The organized, self-motivated, individual in this position is responsible for overall customer satisfaction and the success of each client/customer project assigned.
In this role you’ll get to:
Work closely with clients, Sales Reps, and various internal departments to effectively initiate and manage new and revised projects
Perform functions such as client order receipt, order review, pricing review, job creation, and order entry
Review customer contracts for pricing and inventory management.
Develop project plans and keep all customer projects on schedule and within the estimated budget
Document and maintain customer information in databases
Follow safety guidelines and company Good Manufacturing Practices
Uphold a superior level of communication skills and teamwork approach thinking
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Associates degree from a college or university in the field of sales, marketing or business and/or relevant work experience
3 or more years customer service experience in a manufacturing setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 or more years plastic packaging experience preferred
