Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Picker/Packer to join our team at a cleaning products manufacturing facility in Miramar. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Spanish is a must.

Location: Miramar, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $13 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders efficiently according to company standards

Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and packaging to meet quality standards

Handle and organize cleaning product materials and supplies

Maintain a clean and safe workspace following company protocols

Assist with inventory tasks, including counting and restocking materials

Follow all safety guidelines to prevent workplace injuries

Support warehouse and production teams with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow instructions and meet productivity goals

Team player with good communication skills

Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and job duties
