Each candidate will start out in the Shipping department for 2-3 days to understand the full day-to-day operations. Once they have finished training, they will move to their respective position (Saw Operating, General Labor, Shipping, or Forklift Operating). Candidates' daily responsibilities include: - Identify, measure, and cut material - Clean material after cuts - Work well in a team environment - Read tape measures, understand calipers and micrometers - Understand simple math - Lift 50 lbs constantly - Train and certify on a forklift - Perform hands-on work with a high level of work ethic

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
