Building Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Salary:

Maintenance Duties and responsibilities:

Perform preventative and routine maintenance tasks including but not limited to:

Plumbing

Electrical

Carpentry

Prioritize service requests (when applicable)

HVAC certified (preferred)

Ensure maintenance work areas remain organized

Other duties assigned as needed by management

Handles emergency service calls on a rotational basis (one week out of every 10)

Qualifications

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

Experience:

Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
