Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Salary: $14 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling multi-phone lines and providing excellent service to our clients. This position involves answering calls for a veterinary technician, so a passion for animals and basic knowledge of veterinary terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Manage multi-phone lines and promptly answer incoming calls

Assist clients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and prescription refills

Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff

Provide basic information about services, pricing, and policies

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology is a plus

Proficiency in using computer systems and phone systems

Compassionate attitude towards animals and pet owners
