Role Context
To provide an efficient and professional service to DHL customers through prompt, courteous and accurate responses and system updates for VAT and Duty payments. To ensure that all payments received are allocated, confirmed and PY checkpoint is captured on the system.
Key responsibilities
To integrate quality into the business to ensure that every customer contact is a demonstration of absolute dedication towards providing first time ideal solutions for the satisfaction of customer’s immediate and future needs.
To implement Global SOP, ISO standards and procedures at all times.
To ensure that all DHL internal systems are updated accordingly to ensure PY Checkpoints are actioned appropriately and to close out MCT inbox accordingly
To ensure that all cash customer payments received in the payments MCT () is actioned in an accurate and timely manner. The daily aim is to ensure the mail box is cleaned up an To ensure that all DHL internal systems are updated accordingly
To ensure PY Checkpoints are actioned appropriately and to close out MCT inbox accordingly d all payments processed accordingly to ensure clearance is done.
To ensure daily performance statistics are forwarded to the supervisor as determined by management.
Daily payments allocated etc. How many were POPU's - POP's received but cash not yet reflecting which require next day checking and reporting thereon.
To assist with any other functions outside of the job description to ensure that the Contact Centre runs effectively and efficiently according to network standards as required.
Qualifications - External
Minimum Requirements
0-1 year experience in finance/customs
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience in using SAP
Diploma/Degree in Finance/Customs
