We are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher who believes in the power of play-based learning and constructivist teaching. Your Role

As a, Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

️ Create a joyful and engaging classroom where children feel safe, inspired, and excited to learn.

️ Develop and implement hands-on, play-based learning experiences that support early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development.

️ Foster social-emotional growth through positive guidance, empathy, and meaningful interactions.

️ Partner with families to support each child’s learning journey.

️ Ensure a well-organized, responsive classroom that adapts to the needs of every learner.

️ Demonstrate professionalism and a collaborative spirit, modeling lifelong learning and best practices in early education.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in Colorado (PDIS credential 3.0, Levels 3-6)

Experience teaching Preschool in a licensed early childhood center (preferred)

Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of young children's development

Familiarity with state licensing and health regulations

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with young children

CPR Certification (preferred)

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

Flexible Full-Time Hours: 30 – 39 hours per week
