The Keenan Agency is a family-owned Dublin insurance agency dedicated to providing personalized service and guidance to our Commercial and Personal lines clients. We take pride in building long-term relationships and offering top-notch customer care in a friendly and supportive work environment. We are seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team.

No prior experience? No license currently? The company will pay for licensing education classes. The expectation would be to obtain a license within 90 days. Base salary of $40,000 to $55,000 based upon experience and current licensing.

Responsibilities

This person will be the primary contact for clients

Assisting with policy and billing inquiries

Processing changes

Ensuring clients receive the best possible service

Requirements

Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills are important.

A Property/Casualty insurance license and prior insurance experience is preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Applied Epic Agency Management System are desirable.

The schedule would be Monday-Friday between 8:30 and 5.

This position is in office 5 days a week
