Appian Developer

We are looking for a Senior Appian Developer/Architect who will work closely with clients, product owners and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions that best meet business needs.

Key Job Functions:

Participate in analysis, design, and new development of Appian-based applications.

Create and maintain various applications built using the Appian Business Process Modelling frameworks.

Build applications: interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, integrations, etc.

Validate the solution against best design practices, work on quick prototyping to get client feedback to achieve the desired outcome.

Perform Appian-specific performance tuning efforts to ensure the design implemented scales well for business needs.

Work closely with testers/QA teams and the UI/UX team.

Conduct peer reviews, unit testing, and code reviews.

Build Appian plugins and Appian embedded interfaces.

Implement best practices for teamwork within a low-code environment.

Leverage efficient expressions and data usage for high-performance interfaces.

Examine good User Experience practices across the entire application plan.

Identify best practices of quality assurance and testing practices.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
