Salesforce PM

This is a 12 month contract with elixir. 100% remote. All visa - No H1B. Linkedin Must and need short write up from the candidate or you can do it. Just 3-4 lines how candidate fits the role.

Elixir needs to bring on a very strong Sr PM (execution focused) with exceptional project delivery skills, high EQ, drive and tenacity and familiarity working within a "wagile" delivery environment. As this is aligned to Portal/API Products, a key component of this role is tied to newly kicked off Salesforce Health cloud implementation. Given that, they need a PM who has some familiarity with APIs and Salesforce. This role will be representing business deliverables but will require some technical knowledge in order to bridge that gap.

Map out/manage project scope, define R&R's of the project team members, map out milestones & deliverables, etc

Hold the project team members accountable to deliver against the plan through recurring project team meetings, by mapping out risks, mitigation plans, action items etc. for reporting out to leadership.

Provide leadership for program/project

Create a strong and successful working vendor partnership with SF integrator

Create strong and successful partnership with application teams

Create clear and attainable project/program objectives

Create clear and attainable project/program requirements (milestone based plan)

Manage program/project constraints of cost, time and scope

Form close links with team members and stakeholders

Provide knowledge transfer
