Role Description: Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform to ensure that users are being supported in meeting their business needs.Develop complex workflows especially from the HRSD perspectiveDesign, develop and implement the Employee service portal within the ServiceNow HRSD moduleResearch new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver value to the customerGather and analyze business requirements and document technical solutions

Experience (Years): 2-4

Essential Skills: Understanding of HRSD plugins like HRCore, HR Integrations and HR Lifecycle events Experience of creating Import sets, Data Sources, Transform map, Transform Scripts, verifying Data Integrity, etc.Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs ? all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow systemExperience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIsKnowledge and working experience of CMDB, Asset and Discovery Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, MID Server Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to other applicationsCertifications: Implementation Specialist CIS & HRSDExperience in ServiceNow Development, JavaScript, Web Services, Client ScriptsExcellent communication skillsWillingness to learn and adopt new technologies
