Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.

• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) is required.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

• Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce, including creating custom objects, fields, validation rules, user interface layouts, and flows.

• Experience working in Salesforce orgs with multiple integrations to other systems, including third-party applications and APIs.

• Experience being a part of an agile development team.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user management, data management, and security management.

• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating custom fields, objects, workflows, and processes.

• Provide end-user support to ensure optimal usage and adoption of Salesforce.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Salesforce by reviewing regular data quality checks and cleaning up data as needed.

• Perform quality assurance tests on new Salesforce enhancements.
