Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
Deliver timely, professional, and solution-oriented service across all communication channels
Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold satisfaction at every stage
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
Identify opportunities to improve service processes and contribute to team success
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in a customer service or support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage challenging situations with patience and professionalism
Highly organized with close attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM platforms (experience a plus)
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Experience in a start-up or dynamic work environment is a plus
