We’re Hiring: Civil Project Manager/ Senior Civil Project Manager

Fusion Engineering & Technology is looking for an experienced Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager to join our team in San Diego County. This is a hands-on role that combines Civil Engineering expertise with Project and Staff Management, ideal for professionals who thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage land development projects from concept to completion

Oversee and mentor design and drafting staff

Prepare and review grading, storm drain, erosion control, BMP, roadway, and utility plans

Ensure projects meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with clients, agencies, and our in-house technology team to drive efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in CAD drafting, design, and project management

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BricsCAD (GIS & surveying experience is a plus)

Strong understanding of local design standards and regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
