Responsibilities

Identify new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, and long-term goals

Grow customer base - your Book of Business

Market our insurance products via, warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business

Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls to improve & grow your skills and business

Aid existing policyholders with additional options

Encourage others to do the same by sharing experiences

No cold calling

Expand income potential with annual reviews

Flexible schedule, you set your own

Willingness/preference to work from home

Ensure all clients electronically submit their applications successfully

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Proficiency navigating Technology

Must be authorized to work in the US

High school graduate or GED, Associate degree, or Bachelor's degree is a plus

Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain -(we will help you)

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Entrepreneurial mindset & drive
