Contract Position Details:
Due to the cyclical nature of insurance claims (storms, disasters, major events), this is a contract position offering both flexibility and valuable experience in insurance law.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review legal documents
Assist with case management
Handle document preparation and filing
Support attorneys in litigation preparation
Ideal Candidate:
Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred
Strong attention to detail
Excellent writing and communication skills
Prior legal experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
