Litigation Associate - Construction Disputes

Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate to support its award-winning litigation and trial practices, focusing on high-stakes construction disputes throughout the country and across the globe. This position can be based in the firm's Austin, Houston, or Dallas office.

The estimated salary range for this position is $235,000 - $365,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of litigation experience

Commercial disputes experience at a large law firm (ideally with exposure to construction disputes).

Strong advocacy skills

Entrepreneurial mindset

Foreign language capabilities a plus

JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials

Texas bar admission or eligibility to waive in or sit for the next exam

All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
