Quality Assurance Expert (Temporary)
Acts as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) SPOC:
Ensures implementation of standard process description in SOPs
Execute process analysis and identifies areas for improvement
Supports GBSs' projects execution according to the area of responsibility
Work directly with GBS Operations to review and deliver efficiencies in documentation of SOPs
Train Operations in SOPs process documentation standards
Executes relevant analysis and prepare SOPs statuses reports
Facilitates process standardization, simplification and propose automation in GBS processes by robust metrics tracking and performance analysis
As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will be responsible for:
Quality Assurance
Supports Quality Assurance team in execution of projects and activities, listed in Quality Assurance plan (incl., but not limited to SOP audits, SOP sign off, SOP and JSOX documentation management, Standardization) in a timely and qualified manner, based on the inputs provided by GBS Quality Assurance Lead.
Ensures that developed Quality Assurance metrics are relevant to respective GBS Center(s)/Globally and data used in metrics is correct. Develops, maintains and delivers Quality Assurance trainings, ensures up-to-date in part of process documentation.
JSOX Controls
Supports Quality Assurance team in execution of JSOX controls' environment for respective GBS Center(s) via JSOX Controls JSOX documentation (Handbooks) publication following standardized approach.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Documentation Management Product Ownership
Handles different types of GBS Governance SharePoint/Document Management SharePoint (DMS) requests. Provides trainings on DMS trainings/supports nominated documenters to initiate SOPs publication on DMS SharePoint. Maintains master data following the request from Operations, checks and fixes approval WF on DMS SharePoint. Submits report on the status of published SOPs
Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs): SOP Audit
Supports Quality Assurance Manager to execute SOP Audit following the checklist to ensure that Process Documentation standards are properly met.
Standardization
Develops and maintains SOPs' publication checklist, ensures that standardized SOPs follow SOPs publication checklist. Collects SOPs sign off statuses in respective GBS Center, communicates SOPs sign off statuses to respective GBS Center (SDDs and GMs level) and performs appropriate follow up
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in GBS organization or 2-3 experience in consultancy with proven track of driving process improvements within their area of expertise
Strong level of business acumen of GBS type organization.
Fluent English (written and spoken); good communication skills (written and spoken)
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Enthusiasm and can do attitude.
Ability to build strong relationships, to act both independently and as a part of bigger project team.
Good command of MS Excel and MS Visio.
Experience with Automation tools will be an asset.
Experience with ServiceNow will be an asset.
University degree (e.g., in Economics or Business Administration, Engineering or Science)
