Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Job Description

CRI Advantage is looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer with 3+ years of experience in software engineering, automation development, or systems integration. Additionally, you must be experienced with APIs (REST, OAuth2, webhooks) and integration of disparate systems. You need to be skilled in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript and have familiarity with enterprise-grade LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere)

Experience with or interest in agentic AI design, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration

Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD workflows, and deployment patterns

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate with limited guidance in an agile environment

Prior experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath)

Exposure to or strong interest in agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen)

Familiarity with ServiceNow's AgenticAI solutions and ability to apply these concepts to non-ServiceNow business processes

Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients

Experience designing and deploying automated systems at scale
