Morton Industries is hiring for an Operations & Process Improvement Intern!

SUMMARY

Support key operational improvement efforts by getting involved in multiple areas of the business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Process and workflow optimization projects

Quality improvement initiatives

Shop floor data collection and analysis

Standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation

Supporting cross-functional teams on business-critical projects

Qualifications

Actively pursuing a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field

Excellent written and verbal communication

Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and an interest in learning tools like CAD, ERP, and quality systems

Able to work 10-30 hours per week while attending school - we're flexible and understand the challenges of balancing school and work

Local candidates only - this is an onsite opportunity in Fort Worth.
