As the Graphic Designer, you will be essential in developing visually captivating print and digital marketing assets and managing social media platforms to promote our real estate offerings. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for design and social media to kick-start their career in the field of residential real estate. Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing marketing assets, including but not limited to, brochures, flyers, digital advertisements, signage, infographics, promotional gear, and other materials. Ensure they align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to the target audience.

Social Media Management: Maintain our social media presence by creating and capturing engaging content while executing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Manage our property social media accounts to ensure content is on-brand and aligned with company standards and marketing objectives.

Content Creation: Capture quality photography and videography of properties, events, and marketing materials to enhance visual presence on an as-needed basis.

Branding and Identity: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistent visual representation across all marketing assets.

Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and property teams to effectively implement marketing strategies. Clearly communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with property teams to assist in the execution of events, promotions, and other initiatives to increase community engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Familiarity managing social media platforms and their content management systems.

Self-motivated and adaptable, with a passion for continuous learning and growth in residential real estate marketing.

Basic knowledge of Squarespace, HTML, CSS, and web development principles a plus.

Applicants must submit a design portfolio showcasing their work and skills at the time of application.
