25% Apply advanced systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with internal users and external clients, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications for one or more warehouses/clients.
25% Analyze, triage, prioritize and resolve Level 2 & 3 Incidents (complex problems) within our Service Level Agreement, which includes responding to high priority outages outside of normal business hours.
20% Participate with other team members to ensure technical projects, problems, and outages are completed successfully while working as a liaison between site leadership, other technical teams, and IT Client Support team.
20% Perform deployments, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, Apple Devices, Ubuntu stations, automation equipment, mobile phones, scanners, network equipment, printers, telephones, and other end-user equipment.
10% Perform proactive analysis to identify opportunities to increase IT Equipment/System availability and work with a supervisor to develop, document, and implement solutions.
