Position Title: End User Support Analyst
Location: Onsite at Manufacturing Facility (Initial travel required for training, travel paid)
Schedule: Standard onsite hours, occasional after-hours/weekend support for emergencies

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and personable End User Support Analyst to join a growing team in a manufacturing environment. This role requires someone with strong desktop support experience, a solid understanding of basic networking, and excellent customer service skills. You’ll be the go-to technical resource onsite, supporting IT infrastructure and user needs at a manufacturing facility.

Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years in a technical support or desktop support role
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience and relevant certifications
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-person and remote technical support for end users across the assigned site(s)
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software, hardware, and network connectivity
Partner with third-party vendors for escalations and resolution
Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Assist with infrastructure support, including routers, switches, cabling, and wireless
Provide support for manufacturing-specific technology (PCs, HMIs, barcode/labeling systems)
Participate in site disaster recovery and cybersecurity mitigation efforts
Provide training and guidance to users on software and systems
Travel up to 30% as needed, primarily during training or for multi-site support
Work Environment
Onsite in a manufacturing setting with occasional exposure to industrial equipment
Adherence to safety standards is required (PPE such as steel toe boots may be needed)
May involve lifting up to 30–50 lbs and working in tight spaces (under desks, server rooms)
Must be comfortable with both office and plant floor environments
