Position Title: IT Support Technician

Remote: 5 days onsite in Newberry, MI (No relocation assistance offered)

Salary: $35-40/hr.

Employment Type: Contract to Hire (Client is unable to work C2C or provide sponsorship)

Technologies/Skills Required:

Customer facing – Soft skills

Desktop Support skills (Microsoft/O365, PC’s, etc.)

Basic networking and infrastructure support (route/switch)

Managing client expectations and working with vendors

Years’ Experience/Degree Requirements/Certification: 2-5 years
