A health services network in Western NY is currently seeking licensed professional to join their growing team in Chautauqua County as their new Clinical Supervisor.
About the Opportunity:
Start: Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7am to 3pm (35 hours per week)
Patient Volume: 15 to 20
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations and performance of the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program.
Provide clinical supervision and quality assurance for unlicensed and licensed clinicians.
Ensure compliance with all licensing, supervision, and billing requirements.
Perform case record reviews and monitor staff performance.
Ensure clinicians adhere to documentation standards and quality assurance practices.
Oversee and assist with caseload management and billing hours.
Collaborate with various staff and departments to ensure regulatory compliance and program growth.
Provide education, training, and feedback to staff to improve service delivery.
Licensing/Certifications:
Certified Advanced CASAC (CASAC-A)
Certified Master CASAC (CASAC-M)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - preferred
Licensed Mental Health Practitioners (LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, Psychoanalyst)
Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)
Education:
CASAC-A: Bachelor's degree
CASAC-M, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, Psychoanalyst, CRC: Master's degree
Experience:
3+ years of clinical work in substance use disorder field
At least 1 year in a supervisory role
