A health services network in Western New York is currently seeking licensed professional to join their growing team in Chautauqua County as their new Licensed Master Social Worker.
About the Opportunity:

Hours: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7am to 3pm (35 hours per week)
Patient Volume: 15 to 20
Responsibilities:
Employ evidence-based treatment approaches (motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, etc.)
Conduct group and individual counseling sessions regularly
Obtain weekly random urine samples as per protocol
Orient clients about program goals, rules, and regulations
Utilize group work and individual counseling techniques effectively
Apply evidence-based treatment models and theories of addiction
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Develop and implement treatment plans and clinical interventions
Use various counseling strategies based on client's stage of recovery
Incorporate special needs of diverse cultures into clinical practice
Complete documentation requirements timely
Educate clients about alcohol and drug abuse
Adhere to ethical standards in counseling relationships
Engage in prevention and treatment techniques
Maintain and update referral services and resources
Demonstrate proficiency in English for CASAC-T role
Participate in supervision and performance evaluations
Familiarity with APG, ICD-10 billing codes, and DSM V diagnosis
Maintain expected billable hours of service
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Implement Acacia policies and procedures
Participate in community outreach to maintain census capacity
Identify steps to increase and retain census through outreach efforts
Complete client progress reports timely for coordination of care
Participate in program meetings and required trainings
Complete any reasonable tasks requested by a supervisor
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience in Social Work in a Mental or Behavioral Health environment required
Master's Degree in Social Work or an equivalent related field required
Current and unrestricted LMSW NYS Licensure required
Obtain within six months of hire:
Supporting Recovery with Medications Addictions Treatment (MAT)
Obtain within thirty days of hire:
Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment
CASAC Canon of Ethics (6 hours)
Confidentiality related to 42CFR (3 Hours)
Mandated reporter (2 hours)
