We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development, analysis, and interpretation of financial information, providing insights to support key business decisions
Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis to assess potential outcomes and risks
Manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial goals and objectives
Prepare accurate and detailed financial forecasts, monitoring variances and providing explanations for deviations from budgeted figures
Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate development activities
Act as a strategic partner to department heads, assisting them in financial matters to drive operational efficiency and profitability
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
6+ years of Corporate Finance experience
Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial software/tools
Exceptional understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
