We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Marketing to join our growing team. We’re looking for a strategic leader with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and company visibility on a national scale.

About the Role

This position is responsible for establishing and implementing initiatives that support our firm’s growth objectives and strengthen market positioning. The Director of Marketing will collaborate with senior leadership, operations, and project management teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business capabilities and industry opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the development of marketing materials such as proposals, presentations, case studies, brochures, and project profiles

Analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and client feedback to refine marketing tactics

Managing the company’s digital presence, including website optimization, social media engagement, content marketing, and SEO strategies

Qualifications

We’re seeking candidates with:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the construction industry
