Responsibilities
Lead company-wide accounting operations
Oversee treasury, AR/AP, inventory, taxes, fixed assets
Coordinate audit and compliance processes
Deliver GAAP-compliant reporting
Drive ERP and internal control improvements
Scale team and infrastructure in line with company growth
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA required
10+ years in accounting; 7+ in leadership roles
Retail/multi-location & inventory experience preferred
Adept ERP Skills a Plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial reporting systems
Public accounting experience (regional/national firm) preferred
