The Controller will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and guiding the organization’s financial strategy. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and cash management

Maintain and update the general ledger for accuracy and completeness

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages

Lead budgeting and long-term financial planning efforts

Analyze and manage financial risks and opportunities

Forecast cash flow and manage banking relationships to optimize financial positioning

Oversee debt obligations and support refinancing strategies

Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other relevant laws and standards

Update standard product costs regularly and support pricing conversations with leadership

Assist with annual physical inventory and adjustments

Perform other finance-related duties as needed

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong background in manufacturing and cost accounting

Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting

Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to interact across departments and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure

Experience interpreting and explaining complex financial information
