Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage all aspects of human resources strategy and operations, including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, compliance, and policy development. This role ensures HR initiatives align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager will oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR systems.
Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring effective hiring practices and evaluations.
Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
Address complex staffing matters including disputes, discipline, and terminations.
The Human Resources Manager will advise leadership on HR compliance, diversity, and organizational policy.
Develop training programs to support compliance and leadership development.
Maintain personnel records and analyze data to improve HR practices.
Represent the organization in legal HR matters.
The Human Resources Manager will manage HR budgets and oversee classification and evaluation systems.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
The Human Resources Manager must have a bachelor’s degree, master’s preferred.
Must have 10+ years in HR, with strong generalist and leadership experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
SHRM certification preferred.
