Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer, located in Lenoir, NC. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for managing financial planning, overseeing the preparation of financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. They will work closely with the executive team to inform strategic decisions, maintain financial health, and support the company's growth.

Qualifications

Experience in Financial Planning and Finance

Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting

Strong Analytical Skills for financial analysis and decision-making

Exceptional leadership and team management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
