Spherion is recruiting for a Grants and IT Project Manager, where you will have the opportunity to bring innovation to life, ensuring grant-funded and IT/OT projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with lasting value.
Responsibilities:
Manage large-scale grant and IT/OT projects from kickoff through completion, including AMI, SCADA, BERAP, and more
Serve as the central point of contact between vendors, internal teams, and external partners
Oversee hardware, software, fiber-optic, and telecommunications installations related to projects
Prepare grant compliance reports and coordinate with finance to ensure accurate reporting and funding alignment
Assist in long-term IT strategy and annual budget planning for the department
Qualifications:
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, Agile environment
Experience forming coalitions across departments and external stakeholders
Ability to translate complex systems into actionable project plans and clear stakeholder updates
Preferred Skills:
Specialized training equivalent to completion of four years of college and/or three to five years of progressively responsible related experience with training in project management.
