As the Executive Assistant, you’ll serve as the President’s trusted partner, managing a blend of business and select personal matters with professionalism, efficiency, and discretion. This is a highly visible role that offers cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners alike.

What You’ll Do
Serve as the right hand to the President, owning scheduling, communications, and key priorities.
Coordinate with department leaders and external stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail across all executive matters.
Manage a mix of professional and select personal tasks that impact the President’s effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Communications
Manage the President’s calendar and optimize daily schedules.
Monitor and respond to email communications, ensuring timely follow-up.
Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, track follow-ups and outcomes.
Travel & Meeting Logistics
Coordinate business travel and logistics with a keen eye on integrating personal schedule needs.
Set up meetings using technology like Microsoft Teams and smart boards.
Support internal events and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Project Support & Stakeholder Management
Lead and support special projects and executive initiatives.
Act as a liaison to internal teams and external partners.
Handle select personal support tasks that intersect with business operations.
Tech Proficiency
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
Comfortable with tools like BambooHR and Canva (a plus).
