Why this job – BILLING CLERK:
A Kalispell-based organization is looking to add a Billing Clerk to their team. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Billing Manager and support all aspects of the billing and invoicing process. You’ll play a key part in managing the data that drives accurate billing—such as pricing, freight, and supplier information—and will be responsible for entering and verifying high volumes of data in systems like Excel.

What You'll Actually Do:
Process critical data for invoicing, including freight charges and pricing details
Accurately enter Bill of Lading (BOL) information into internal systems
Review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness
Receive and record incoming products into inventory systems
Submit billing information to multiple suppliers in a timely manner
Provide general support on team projects and assist with other tasks as needed
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience in accounting, billing, or data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Comfortable working with high-volume data entry (10-key skills a plus)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Where and How Much:
Target Compensation $19/hour
100% in Kalispell office
