Manufacturing Process Engineer

Aegis is seeking a manufacturing engineer to join our client's organization in Des Plaines. The ideal candidate would have the following skills:

5+ years of experience in a continuous improvement focused role!

Must come from a true production environment where they are driving lean manufacturing processes.

Automation equipment experience

CI/process improvements experience, proactively communicate

Someone who is HANDS ON with automation equipment, mechanical and electrical systems.

Engineering Degree

Preferred:

Experience commissioning, implementing, and troubleshooting CAPEX projects

Lean Sig Sigma certification

Industry experience in plastics - specifically injection molding/ plastic or polymer extrusions - would be preferred.
