Staff Accountant

Our client, a leading company in the distribution space, is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their growing team. This role will work alongside the Controller and CFO and will provide direct mentorship opportunities to the right individual. Recent college grads are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

Work closely with accounting leadership to understand and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting activity

Assist in preparation and distribution of financial statements

Federal reporting for monthly, quarterly, and yearly submissions

Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule

Process all AP Invoices in respective discipline weekly

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance preferred

0 - 2 years' experience in accounting

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
