The Tyndale Company, an 8x Top Workplace winner in PA and certified woman-owned business, is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll ensure all Tyndale employees have fully functioning equipment and software—from computers and phones to printers and mobile devices—while providing exceptional day-to-day IT support.
Note: This position is based out of our Pipersville, PA (Bucks County) Distribution Center, and candidates must live within a commutable distance of this location.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues across hardware and software platforms
Manage users, computers, and groups within the Microsoft Active Directory domain
Document technical processes and solutions in a collaborative knowledgebase
Coordinate with IT vendors to support systems and resolve issues
Maintain and replenish IT inventory, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Support remote employees across the U.S. and Canada
Contribute to research, planning, and implementation of new technologies and IT projects
Qualifications:
Must have minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience
Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training/experience required; certifications are a plus
Experience with PC hardware, Microsoft Windows OS, and enterprise tools (Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange)
Must have basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switching/routing
Familiarity with MacOS and iOS preferred
Comfortable supporting end users and collaborating with vendors
Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong at problem-solving
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
Team player with strong analytical skills
