Desktop Support Technician

Pay Range: $19 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Repair, image, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and related hardware.

Perform software support and hardware installations.

Handle IMAC requests and asset management.

Provide face-to-face support to end users.

Assist with documentation and process improvements.

Physically able to lift 40 lbs. and walk throughout the facility.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Key Skills: Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting.

6 months – 2 years of IT support experience.

Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills.

Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, ticketing/imaging tools.

Excellent soft skills and customer service.

Must be dependable, proactive, and able to work independently.
