Summary
Perdue AgriBusiness is launching a project to modernize its Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure, SCADA systems, and analytics at major sites, such as edible oil refineries and soybean crushing plants. The Operational Technology Manager will provide OT leadership and manage the OT team for Perdue AgriBusiness. The team will partner with engineering and operations to implement and maintain OT systems at AgriBusiness sites.
The salary range for this position is $97,000- $145,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. An annual bonus is available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the convergence between IT and OT systems
Gauge the security, effectiveness, and resiliency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving, converging, or further leveraging these systems
Oversee the planning, design, and execution of IT/OT projects
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful implementation of IT/OT projects
Provide guidance and support to IT/OT project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or Engineering
Experience Requirements
15+ years of experience in IT or Operational Technology roles
Manufacturing / Operational Technology experience
Experience and knowledge of infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies and concepts, including servers, firewalls, network switches, network segmentation, vulnerability assessment, and risk management
Experience managing a team of technical OT associates and/or large projects
Experience Preferred
AgriBusiness industry or process manufacturing experience
Experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk and/or Ignition-based SCADA systems
Relevant industry certifications and trainings are a plus - GIAC, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443
Certifications, OEM specific training (Rockwell, Inductive Automation, etc.)
