APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Elkhart, IN looking to add an Order Entry Clerk to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the Sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing in addition to data entry tasks. Keep reading for more details!

What your day will look like:
Partner with the Sales team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of incoming orders
Ensure all activities comply with company policies and financial institution guidelines
Track order and financing status, addressing any discrepancies promptly
Input customer and order data into internal systems using proficient 10-key typing skills
Prepare and submit required documentation to partner banks for floor planning and financing
Maintain well-organized records of submissions and communications
Provide administrative support and assist other departments as needed
What we are looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in 10-key typing (required)
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Experience with order entry systems or inventory management software preferred
