CAD Technician

We are currently looking for a CAD Technician to work in Goshen Indiana. This is a direct hire opportunity with our client.

As a CAD Technician, you will be responsible for creating/modifying new and existing RV frame and component blueprints to meet evolving customer and industry specifications. The individual will be responsible for interpreting, evaluating, and upholding detailed engineering guidelines in their own work as well as the work of their team members.

Responsibilities:

Utilize SolidWorks 3D software to create/modify drawings and assemblies

Plans, organizes, and coordinates workload to achieve objectives

Ensures compliance with approved design standards to provide quality design, safety, constructability, reliable operation, construction economy and operating convenience

Reviews and checks calculations, design models, drawings, and design documents for quality, accuracy, neatness, functionality as observed in finished product audit

Qualifications:

CAD software experience required

SolidWorks experience a plus

PDM software experience a plus
