YouDecide.com, a leader in the Voluntary Benefit industry, is hiring a support position in their Billing/Customer Service Department.
The responsibilities are Administrative/Customer Service related. We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong customer service skills, someone who is self-motivated with great time management, ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
Primary Responsibilities
Monitor and reconcile daily incoming file data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Investigate and resolve billing or customer service questions in a timely manner.
Perform periodic audits to ensure accuracy of data.
Work closely with external carrier relations to research billing questions
Prior Billing Experience is not needed. YouDecide.com will train the appropriate candidate.
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits. Work schedule is 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday. This position will start out as on site only until training is completed and then transition to a hybrid work schedule (on site M,W,F). This position will work closely with other members of our Billing and Operations team. College Degree is preferred.
