A&P Mechanic (2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
We are looking for a licensed A&P Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in aircraft inspection, engine maintenance, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics. Candidates with military backgrounds or experience working with private jets (Gulfstream, Dassault, Lear Jet, BBJ, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and special inspections on aircraft to identify potential issues such as cracks, leaks, or other problems
Perform repairs and modifications on aircraft, including engines, landing gear, and systems
Diagnose malfunctions and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and modifications
Follow safety regulations and ensure compliance with FAA standards
Collaborate with other mechanics, engineers, and flight crews to address technical issues
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Current FAA A&P License required
Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems and mechanics
Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical and electrical problems
Effective communication skills to report malfunctions and complete records
Physical ability to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and to lift heavy objects
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
Relevant experience in aircraft maintenance and repair (private jet experience preferred)
