Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations within a designated area, managing 300-500 cleaning account customers, both residential and commercial. The Area Manager will lead a team of 10-12 pool technicians, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Team Management: Supervise and support a team of 10-12 pool technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Customer Relations: Handle customer calls, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed by pool technicians, ensuring adherence to company standards and state regulations.
Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with state requirements and codes related to commercial swimming pools.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
CPO Certification: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning and maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools.
Knowledge: Familiarity with state requirements and codes related to the operation of commercial swimming pools.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Salary starting at $50,000/year depending on relevant skills & experience. Out of state applicants welcome.
