Job Description:

The Senior Superintendent will oversee large-scale data center projects, ensuring all field operations, safety protocols, and project schedules align with company and client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead field operations for data center construction projects from start to finish

Manage subcontractor coordination and ensure adherence to project timelines

Implement and enforce quality control and safety programs

Work closely with project managers and engineers to troubleshoot site challenges

Ensure seamless integration of MEP and critical infrastructure systems

Qualifications:

10+ years of superintendent experience in data center environments, preferably greenfield, 100M+.

Strong knowledge of critical power, HVAC, and structural systems

Ability to travel full-time to project locations

Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software
