Your Role at a Glance
As our HR Manager, you will be the architect of our people strategy—responsible for designing and implementing HR solutions that fuel productivity, engagement, and compliance across our growing pharmacy operation. This is a hands-on leadership role, offering a dynamic blend of strategic planning and day-to-day HR management.
Key Focus Areas
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Drive exciting recruitment campaigns to attract skilled pharmacy professionals.
Deliver a world-class onboarding experience that integrates new hires into our collaborative culture.
HR Policy & Compliance
Build and maintain user-friendly HR policies that align with federal, state, and local regulations (EEOC, FLSA, OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).
Proactively adapt and refine policies to keep pace with a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
Compensation & Benefits

What Sets You Up for Success
Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
Experience & Expertise:
5+ years in progressive HR roles with at least 2 years leading teams.
Track record of innovative HR solutions, particularly within healthcare or pharmacy settings.
