Controller

With over 40 years as a San Antonio construction leader, our client continues to grow. They have an opportunity for a strong Controller with construction experience to join their executive team! Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the oversight and direction of all financial and HR functions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar. CPA is not required.

10+ years’ experience in accounting with at least 2 in construction accounting.

Revenues in excess of $25 MM.

Analytics and projections background as well as project cost accounting and monthly WIP.

Experience partnering with senior leadership to understand and meet business support needs, including strategic planning for people, finance, facilities, technology, and administrative teams.
